Shift away from solving your child's problems toward collaborating with her to solve them


The most common complaint Dr Greene hears from kids about their parents is, “They don’t listen to me.” The most common complaint he hear from parents about their kids is, “He won’t talk to me.”



It’s time to shift away from control and start shooting for influence instead by engaging our children in the unsolved problems they face.


Instead of thinking we have to solve the problems unilaterally we CAN and SHOULD ask the one most invested most in solving the problem…. The child!
